Welcome to VanitySA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VanitySA website (vanitysa.co.za) and the purchase of any products from us. By placing an order or using this site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this site or purchase our products.
1. About Us
VanitySA is an online store based in South Africa. References to "VanitySA," "we," "us," or "our" refer to this business. References to "you" or "customer" refer to any person accessing the site or purchasing a product.

2. Our Products
We've made every effort to accurately represent our products, including descriptions, pricing, and images. Colours or appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen or device. We reserve the right to update product descriptions, discontinue products, or limit quantities available, at our discretion and without notice.
3. Orders, Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product description errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund issued.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received via our supported payment gateways. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve stock.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery within South Africa is fulfilled via courier. While we make every reasonable effort to meet stated delivery windows, we do not guarantee specific delivery dates and are not liable for delays caused by the courier, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the VanitySA name, logo, product images, copy, photography, and design — is owned by VanitySA or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
7. Third-Party Links and Tools
Our site may contain links to third-party websites or make use of third-party tools. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties. Use of any third-party site or tool is entirely at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, VanitySA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of our site or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under South African law, including liability under Section 61 of the Consumer Protection Act for harm caused by a defective product.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VanitySA from any third-party claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of our site or products, or your breach of these Terms.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to the processing of your personal information as described in that policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order is the version that governs your purchase. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from a VanitySA order will first be addressed through good-faith communication with us at info@vanitysa.co.za.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may refer the matter to the National Consumer Commission or the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud before pursuing court action. Both parties consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
